Do I have my own cgi-bin directory?

Your web site is setup to execute scripts in any directory.

What versions of PHP, Perl, and MySQL are installed on your servers?

To see the versions of software currently installed on our servers, visit our network information page.

Where are Perl and PHP installed?

/usr/bin/perl

/usr/bin/php

How do I create / manager databases?

From your Domain CP, click on "Database Management".  To create a MySQL database, enter a database name, set a username and password and click "Create Database".  You should see the new database appear under "MySQL Database Management".  To delete a database, click on the "X" next to the database name.

Once a database has been create from the Control Panel, all other functions of database management, such as table creation and browsing can be done with phpMyAdmin.  To launch phpMyAdmin click on "phpMyAdmin" under the "External Tools" menu and login with the username and password you supplied when you created your database.

What is phpMyAdmin?

PhpMyAdmin is a powerful open source tool for managing MySQL databases.  Using its web based interface you can perform all essential database management tasks.  For more information about phpMyAdmin, visit http://www.phpmyadmin.net.

Could you install a certain module / library for me?

You can request a module or library be installed by opening a support ticket.

Do you setup scripts?

We do not support or install 3rd party scripts.  However, we can give some pointers if you are having trouble getting a certain script working.
