How often do you perform backups?

Backups are performed on a nightly basis and stored remotely.

Once you have backed up data, what do you do with it?

We keep backups for one week.  After a week the backups are purged.

Help!  I'm missing some files, can you restore them for me?

Sure!  Login to the Help Desk and open a new ticket.  Be sure to specify the file(s) you want restored and the date they should be restored from.  Note that we only keep backups for 7 days.

Can I schedule my own personal backups?

You can schedule your own backups through the Control Panel.  To do this:  Login to the Control Panel and switch to the "Domain CP".  Select "Backups" from the menu.  Click on "Create Backup".  You should now be on the "Create Backup" screen.  From here you can set the backup to occur immediately or at a later date, select what you want backed up, and to either store the backup locally (to retrieve later) or have the backup transferred to your FTP server.
